The second image is from a current Ebay auction. I'm not sure if the Ebay post would apply here considering it's not exact but type in "indian trunk" and you should find it. It's close design-wise and the seller might know of something similar that we're looking for but I haven't contacted them...

I've got a book collection of Krazy Kay/Ignatz strips. I'll dig it out later and see if the Pulp Fiction image is in the book...

They're production sheets released for the film. The Ultraviolet Yahoo site has them up but they were way too small to make out the measurements with. I picked these up from the IGN site which has them much larger, obviously. Shame they didn't include the Uzi/Sword ones.
