Well this is fun! Do you have any build progress shots? I'm in the process of cobbling together a console and this would be fun to incorporate if you're up for sharing!

Alrighty - here's what I've got so far. I've got a Dremel tool but it seems like it's melting the areas I want to polish so I've been using some sandpaper. Holy moly cow this stuff is messy!

Thank you for the reply! I've never worked with this stuff, I have a scroll saw and a hand tool saw thing. Hopefully I can transfer the templates to the styrene easily enough? Any tips or tricks anyone can direct me to are welcome. Thank you again!

I know I'm late to the party on this one - and a big thank you to Jlewis for providing the templates here - What thickness do you typically use for styrene for something like the PADD?
