I've noticed yesterday all my links were http insted of https. It was not a matter years ago, but it may explain downloads issues of today. This is fixed. Should be flawless by now :)

Right click -> save target as... Files have always been there. This strange code IS the file. But it seems Firefox 29 is likely to display pdo files as web pages... Or use Chrome... :|

Basicaly, cut your foam pieces a bit bigger, and add some trumpet shaped narrow cuts from the center to the tips. Then use glue to close the trumpets edge to edge. Gathering several hexagons like this you'll get a realistic shell effect.

I'd say it's basically made from a flexible silver mirror, usually sold in roll, and sticky on the backside. Cut in strips, sewn on the fabric.
