SubZero Build - Freeze Spray COMPLETE
I know this thread hasn't gotten much activity but I figured I'd post the completed build anyway. Over all it was a pretty cool process. Took a lot of time prototyping and working out the kinks but in the end it works perfectly! I can even frost a beer...
Here is a quick video of it in action. I found a quick release coupler that will allow me to easily connect and disconnect the hose. This will allow me to put the costume on easier. In the video the extension hose is not connected.

I was worried about the hair drier too, but it was either that or no suit for the party. I rigged it on a microphone stand holding the hairdryer about 12 to 14 inches...
Finally done!! It really came down to the wire. I still had a section to puff paint with 2 hours before the party. Puff paint has taken a good 3 hours per coat (black and red) to dry. So I tried to quicken the prosses with a hair dryer on a low setting. It worked! Dried in 20 min per coat with...
