could you share what you did with your eyes for your faceplate? looks super clean but I can't tell how do you see through it? The hinge essembly you guys are working on is exactly the type i'm trying to do as well and integrate it directly within the helmet. Hopefully you guys share the hinge...
GREAT BUILD! good luck figuring out the mounting options not sure if magnets will be strong enough since plastic is heavier than eve foam. I've used magnets on my armor to be able to easily put on and off the front and back but that was eva foam

finally finished but I did determine me sizing it down to 95% made it too tight putting on with my ears attached to my head lol. So now to decide If I should scale it to 100% or 105%.
I did notice that even repaired the faceplate...

thanks for the files so far printed the jaw, I used S3D to print the jaw side by side and seems like it kept it merged , not sure how accurate it is with measurements though. This isn't your faceplate file though that's why it's...
