This is my first attempt so unfortunately I didn't take a lot of in process pics. I first bent a wire clothes hanger in a rough shape then sculpted the blade around that with sculpey. When I had it how I liked I baked it. Next step was airbrushing it. I used yellow and brown back and forth...

This arm seriously rocks, I did the winter soldier for sdcc and it was and m arm was simply an airbrushed sleeve so I am going to attempt this to advance my project. 2 questions though, you made it so authentic, where did you get the template for the arm, and second where is a good place to buy...

Looks good, I did the same for my second cosplay at comic-con and found a golf club bag full of clubs for 5 bucks and a hockey stick for 1.50 at savers. Just FYI for when you go looking for props.
