The ammo part is easy when it comes to travelling just get plastic ammo clips and put them in a checked luggage bag under layers of clothes. The worst that could happen is they confiscate it.

That is amazing. Are you using a 3D CAD program or it is regular Cad and printed multiple times? Either way most impressive.
