I suppose Amazon.com: Astronaut Costume: Clothing might work with some modifications. Closest thing I have found so far. I wish I could find a suit like this that was just plain though. Without the flag and the elbow parts. Then it would be pretty easy to add the red stripes and get some jump boots.
