1 - He basically say's it's not a cosplayer, nor likes to deal with cosplayers ... fun huh 2 - He thinks that the studio's will give him more work because he will "drop everything" to work on their stuff instead of the customers that already paid him for things.

Usually past the 90 day time limit. The one radio show that was done month or so ago, PayPal actually opened up "claims" for a very short window past the 90 day time frame. But when people are still waiting 1-3 years for their stuff, slightly past the time of able to charge back.

And that is the main reason for this thread. The fact that he is not "professional" in what he say's or does. And to find another merchant to get your items from. Understanding that some people do have issues sometimes, and situations come up from time to time, BUT this one makes it a norm...

I don't buy that. Only time a NDA is made is for a "secret" or "undisclosed" project, and sorry, but if he is posting pic's of any items he is making under a NDA it would be breaking the NDA. If a "studio" is wanting something made, and item is being "shown" then they would want the PR to have...
