I have a 3 Cons I host across North Carolina and I'm also sometimes one of the judges at our shows, these are just one day shows so they are not huge. The costume contest is always one of the more popular events at our shows. I feel compelled, as someone from the other side of the judging table...

The hand is looking great. The Hand I built is just permanently a fist. You have a great idea about being able to switch out the hands, that should come in handy.

The hand and the mask are both made of eva foam floor mats. I'll get some more pictures post soon hopefully. There's a lot of the belt that's not visible in that photo. BTW I put some lifts in the boots I wear which put me about 6'1" in that costume, So I'm not a short Hellboy in costume It's...
