Exactly what I was thinking. Well thank you so much for all your help. I'm much more confident in my project now. My only concerns now are getting the sculpting perfect for the eventual master mold. :P I'll be sure to post images on the Tron Legacy costume thread as I make progress.

Yes I have! I have also been looking into Alumilite as well. I'm told they are one of the clearest on the market, but obviously Smooth-On has a great reputation as well.
