Basically im looking for home concoctions. I dont have the time to order thickening gel, so does anybody have any advice as to how i could thicken acrylic paint for cheap!?

I am making a Samurai mask and helmet, sculpted it in clay and molded it. I'm just about to cast a mask from the mould but I'm unsure of how i might go about painting it. I want to achieve a look like this.

The question remains, who will develop this into a 3d model for us? Then after perhaps unfold the model and make it into a pepakura project.

So a few hours of work today, its coming out looking alright. I just need to fill the voids.

Just stoped by home depot today and picked up a sanding mouse! Thanks for the suggestion, i havent tried it yet, but im going to safely assume it will be faster then sanding by hand. - - - Updated - - - I think i may have just had the 220 lying on the table, but im actually using 60 grit...

I started this about three weeks ago. It took me about a week to put the, Spacecowboy, file together, then a week to fully resin and glass the helmet, and on the third week, i started the bondo phase. I just want to apologise in advance for the horrendous quality of some of the pictures...
