I'm going off the Dallas from the first game, hence the red tie. I'll take the hair into consideration though.

I have a very specialized frame (6'6", 128 pounds, thin as a rail) so I have to have my clothes tailored, which isn't a problem, but I just want to know what that style of coat or jacket is called. It'll make finding it or having it custom made a lot easier.

I'm trying to create a cosplay based off of the joker from Arkham Origins, but I'm currently stuck on the jacket. I have no idea what style, or type of jacket this is, and/or where I could find one. Any help would be appreciated. Here are some reference photos:
