Here's the start of my prop sword I made the handle out of wood by turning it on a lave. The handle will be wrapped in 2 mm eva foam to get the diamond pattern - Gavin

I'm making this cosplay as we'll I am using jf customs foam file and I'm using the fiberglass bondo technique which is very time consuming but I think it turns out with better results than foam but here it is as of now - Gavin

That looks great it's better to have it too dark than too light like other patriots cosplays - Gavin
