No found parts, I saw Trent making his own parts and thought: making them yourself is faster then waiting for the greeblies to appear. The bottom-dial with the ribs is from a movie-camera and transformed a little.

Inspired by Trooper Trent's work. I started my building again, only mine build is based on the Visual Directory. Most metal parts. Still have to do some weathering and I will make a custom viewer. Good luck with your builds everybody. Fons

Hey Red Hawk, The strap I used is from a front loader rifle, it's just something I came across and looked right for me. Regarding the ribs I refer to post #42 from Kurtyboy. Have a nice build!

So far so good! If we have more details later on, I will make a viewer and do the weathering.

I found it at a local market for antique weapons and swords in the Netherlands. I saw only a couple of scopes on the whole market, so there was no target group for a Hensoldt or any scope.

Does anybody know something about the value, if I want to do a possible trade in the future for other SW-parts. Thanks already for your info sofar. Fons

Hello macro friends. I drilled 2mm holes with 2mm spacing. I bend 2mm polystyrene rod with a heatgun around a simple mold. These polystyrene parts click easy in the macro and are easy to remove. This can also be done with aluminium or lead rod or laced with rubber wire, but with the polystyrene...

Dear Macro Friends, Did someone see the Electro MONOcular from the Visual Dictionary(page1) appear in The Last Jedi, or does someone have extra information on this subject? It's based on a Sanyo Super 660 Camera and would be a nice build aside the Crait Binocular. Thanks, Fons

It looks that between the ribs the camerabody is visible. Maybe they drilled 4 holes on both sides and put 4 metal bended rods on. That's a quick job for a prop maker.

Maybe they used a basic rubber floor mat?

Could it be this Bell&Howell 414 for the body?
