Thank you guys for all your encouragement! I'm going to give the blanket stitch another go, I just wish the judge explained it the way you all did! :) As far as the back seams go, I don't have any of the original wool so I will get something close to it, hopefully I won't get dinged for that...

My kids did just fine with it. They are 7 and 9. They watch Marvel movies and plenty of Star Wars. My 7 year old was a little bored and my 9 year old was a bit bummed but I don't think either of them were scarred for life. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
