For larger sculpts, a water based clay (such as WED clay) might be a bit faster, although you have to take care it doesn't dry out.

Is this something you want to sculpt directly onto a suit without having to post process? You might want to look at AVES epoxy putty.

The first two are from P2- the first one is only briefly seen in a long shot- I finally found some production/auction shots that had good detail. The last one is the Pitch Black creature.

Yep, I hope to sell it as a finished kit with a stand (otherwise I don't think it'll sit flat on a table). I haven't done any other alien kits, except for the derelict ship wall that was also at wonderfest. Do you know who did the 4' kit, or do you have any pics? I know of one other skull kit...

Thanks! Parts are urethane copies of real bones that I'm adding in for realism, the sculpted parts are out of Aves epoxy putty. I'm only using the green because it was on sale, usually I use the natural uncolored.
