Do you have something that can cut thinner metal? Ive seen people buy a hollow aluminum square rod and then cut out the triangle shapes on the end and bend/fold them to a point. You can then use some epoxy putty to fill gaps.
Even knowing the general size, we still have the idea in our head of a MSE droid as being “small”, so it’s surprising. I feel like its the same with most droids. I felt the same way with the probe droid. That thing is massive irl. Heck, I’ve had vacuformed MSE shells in my garage and it still...
Ive been thinking it’s bigger than the original prop. Jaymig posted the specs compared to his build, which seems consistent with the build plans from the Mouse Droid builders group. Its slightly longer and wider than the plans. By like an inch or so on both. So unless someone has measurements...
Yeah, I was curious if the size was accurate or a little bigger. Felt larger than I expected.
As for the instructions, mine came with some. They were in the box under the remote.
Yeah, the red lights can be changed. There are different modes with solid red, flashing red, and then off. Might be one more red flashing mode. Can’t remember if it was just one or two.
They are sold out at the park now. I think some will be available for the event tonight, but that’s it. I imagine they’ll restock though. I was also able to grab a limited edition ESB Yoda mini statue. Not sure how new it is.
Edit: Looks like it came out today.
Bronze Yoda Statue
I’m at the parks today. I was able to grab a MSE droid. I would have grabbed two but the box is very big and they aren’t easy to carry. Normally you can park your purchase at the Droid Depot but they were already full from all the people leaving their MSE droids.
