I've seen people use vape pens to get a similar effect. This will only make smoke in bursts though, not a continuous stream.

That sounds like exactly what I was thinking. Did you use anything as a guide or template when carving the foam, or did you just free hand it off of Hulk drawings and/or traces of you own body?

Not a bad place to start. Really looking for something more realistic instead of just the fake muscle pillowy look.

I was thinking of something along those lines and they showed pretty good examples in the videos. What I more worried about is the actual carving and shaping of the muscle foam/pads. I haven't been able to find any templates that would work well as a base.
