It depends on the suit design, so it would be a bit of a case by case basis I guess. Like a constant hex or brick pattern throughout a whole suit, without any morphing or distorting of the pattern would...

Awesome that you're getting into screen printing. Would it theoretically be possible with your process to do one aligned over a base pattern/print, like the TASM1 suit?

OK, so we managed to do a shoulder replacement without having to completely remove and discard the whole arm sleeves. When that is possible, which it should be with most of the suits, the charge to put on the new ones is $300 plus the cost of the shoulders ($200). So $500 total plus shipping...

I've seen brad from Spidey4fun do these. You should hit him up on Facebook. Spideyplanet offers REALLY nice 3D printed Raimi shells and lenses too.
