What do you see in the movie is raw foam without paint. The foam is hi density, 100kg/m3, so is very compact. I will paint it using FlexiPaint and then acrylic colours. To fill imperfections, if any, I use acrylic silicone. The glue is contact glue (Bostik or similar), otherwise the details...

I already done in the very first version: an HC-05 configured as slave in the helmet, while the master and a PS1 joystick was embedded in the Ma'Tok handle. But the movements was not enough natural. This is because I started this new project :) Now the movements quality I reached is better even...
