Looks like Shawn's progress is moving along very well! I also got some work done this past weekend. Got to try out my bicep pieces, belts, cod and butt pieces on my model. Let just say I was extremely happy to see it all fitting together. - - - Updated - - - Biceps have resin detail pieces...

I cast the first bicep/armband for the Shea Vizla suit last night. The main greebles are cast in resin. The band and back greebles are rubber.

Here is a pic of the front and back parts that the belt will attach to. I'm not sure if these will be vacuformed pieces or made from rubber. I think it might be more comfortable for the person wearing the suit if they were flexible. The small piece in the bottom corner of the pic is for the chest.

This is kind of cool. I traded with a friend that does circuit board work. He has made a little light board that will fit into the buckle. I created a pieces of artwork in Adobe Illustrator that will fit the buckle. The copy is in the SW font Aurebesh. The final version will read with Shawn's...

I drove down and pieced up my items. I had to rent a cargo van which was around $325 + $130 in gas. I won a battery, storage locker, Kaiju tank, 3 costumes and some other small lots. .\
