    Deadpool 2:Cable

NECROTHREAD. AGAINNN I've been working my tush off, and today, shot the first costume/makeup test. Couple Notes: -Eyebrow scars were Tinsley Transfers, which are about $10, and they're awesome. I learned a lot for next time to make them even better, but I recommend them fully. Cheek scarring...

Captain America’s Shield – Card and Foam Build

    Deadpool 2:Cable

Such a rad thread guys. I've been following for a couple months now. I got and built my 3D Printer this past weekend (Folgertech FT-5), and have started printing the BFG files that someone was selling here! The M203 finished printing yesterday, and the scope/scope mount should be done when I get...

Methods to hide gaps underneath helmets?

Jango helmets have gaskets like this! You may be able to do something like it? https://www.thedentedhelmet.com/forums/threads/how-to-install-your-helmet-skirt-gasket-with-velcro-pic-intense.18990/

    Tormund Giantsbane

"Gingers are beautiful. We are kissed by fire." So being a ginger, and being a ginger with beard growing capabilities, I've been told left and right by strangers and friends alike, "You look like that guy from Game of Thrones!" I think that's just a coloration profiling, but I guess I can see...

My first Captain America Civil War Suit Build: Underjacket Completed!

Re: My first Captain America Civil War Suit Build Why yes, yes I do! That's why I did for all my raised areas, but with less steps. I just glued the foam to the underlayer, and sewed the top layer right around the top.

Help: smooth cast 65d is warping under heat

I just got off the phone with Reynolds, and I purchased Urefil 3!! Its a ceramic filler. And yes, changes the viscosity a lot. It'll be more prong to have a lumpy inside.

Help: smooth cast 65d is warping under heat

While that would probably work, and they're the real experts, the idea of layering different types of resin is setting off red flags in my head :lol In casting helmets, I generally use four coats of resin in the following order: 8oz 65D 8oz 65D 3oz filler 8oz 65D 4oz filler 8oz 65D 2oz filler...

Help: smooth cast 65d is warping under heat

Do you use any sort of filler in your castings? I use Urefil (cannot remember the number, might be 7) in my slush-cast helmets and have no issue with accidental warping! Thickens up the resin. https://www.reynoldsam.com/product/ure-fil-fillers/
