wow nice. i've been wanting to make one myself too except i still have no idea how to get there. So far I only got menukis, fuchi, kashira off eBay. May I ask you how you got the kojiri? It's really impossible to get. Also, I was told that usually saya is made fit into kojiri, not the other way...
