Started working on custom decals. Here are a few test prints.

Finally got the ladder printed and cleaned up. There were a ton of unnecessary supports that made for a lot of clean up. I’ll print another once I get the supports dialed in but I’m very pleased with the size and shape of it.

Thanks! I might make some of those too. I realize that I made the doors on the equipment chest upside down. They would not open upwards but down instead. I’ll just glue them shut and be done with it. BTW, If anyone is interested in the STLs let me know.

Thanks! I made the changes to the model this morning and it looks much better. Plus a couple of other accessories. I also made a plug to attach hoses from the tank to the viper.

This is my test print. I made a mess of the supports and accidentally put a hole through the base when slicing the model. I think the last step is at the perfect height but is a little too big. The second step is a bit too high over the wing, and possibly the whole thing is a bit too tall. I’ll...

I drew this on my work CAD so these are rough measurements from the stl I exported to my iPad but pretty close. I scaled it based on measurements from the kit.

Yeah I found a mention of one STL that was on Shapeways but it’s gone now that shapeways is dead. Pretty sure that’s the one I remember seeing. I’ve got my model to a point that I’m happy so I’ll try printing it this weekend or next week and see how it comes out. I changed the expanded metal...

I still need to work out scaling to adjust the rails and treads but I’m happy with how it looks so far.
