As far as I know, Sion doesn't have a specific hilt (nor does Treya or Nihilus). He just uses one of the generic hilts. If you have the game, there's a fairly easy way to get some pics. Enable cheats and use the giveitem command to get one of every saber. Give them to your party members and...

Wow, that's actually pretty cool. Making them would be a fun school holiday project for the kids. Then, if you had a handycam and were able to roto, they could have fun making duelling movies. And if it breaks, well it's no big deal. And it would be pretty hard to hurt each other with carboard...
