Hey wanted to update everyone. Took 16 weeks, multiple emails and chats, BBB dispute and an email to Disney. Just got a full refund confirmation via email. It was 8 separate refunds but adds up to my total.

Sean, do you happen to have that email address?? I would love to forward my problems to them as well.

Just from past experiences with attorneys...if you hire them, they will end up taking any refund money we had. That's why I might pursue them in small claims court. It's under $4k, no attorneys can be present and I can get a court order to get my money back. Plus the prospect of a CA company...

Going on week 14 since I requested my refund. Filed a complaint at BBB, in January if I havent seen some movement, going to look into the legal route for my refund.
