Thank you! I found a couple examples of the helmet and one of the full suit, but it is pretty rare. I scoured the net looking for examples to see how they solved different issues, but had to figure most of it out. I think for the rest of the armor I will go with EVA foam.

This looks amazing! I would only use resin if you need to stiffen parts. Resin is much harder to sand than bondo. You can get the bondo very smooth with fine sandpaper. I would finish the bondo with fine sand paper, prime, patch as needed and wet sand the final coat of primer for a very smooth...
