Shipping for these has been pushed to April 30th now.

Reference Image Help for Thrawn's pistol

It was always holstered. Parts of Star Wars identified the base gun as this BB pistol:

    Starforged crysknife

Yeah, it was reassuring to see PayPal as a payment option - I went ahead and ordered one. I went with the "alloy" version, since it was only 73 bucks. Fingers crossed...

Rogue Trooper and Major Magnam Sidearm 2000ad

Did you mean to say that it "didn't turn out too bad"? Because it's actually pretty darned nice. (y)

    Starforged crysknife

Interesting... Hadn't heard anything about these. The weird, butchered grammar from translation always gives me pause, but the website seems legit (but still obviously might not be). It's also allegedly licensed by Legendary Pictures, but of course they could be lying about that as well. As...

Where to find styrene tubes in sizes larger than 10mm diameter, in the US?

Yeah, unfortunately their website has always been that way - you need one of their printed catalogs for all of the material and technical specs + dimensions. It's antiquated and in serious need of a complete overhaul/update.

Where to find styrene tubes in sizes larger than 10mm diameter, in the US?

Not in styrene. Anything larger than 1/2" OD, your options are butyrate or ABS (from Plastruct).

    Vintage 70s-80s Star Wars Cardbacks

This is the exact reason that I saved all (or most) of my cardbacks when I was a kid as well - photo reference was rather limited at first, back then, and I knew that it could be a valuable resource. I hung onto them for over 40 years (along with the figures), and I actually ended up selling...

The Greedo Killer (Star Wars Chronicles version..)

Well, check this out... there was a Greedo Killer in the "Featured images" at the top of the main page so I clicked on it: SpeedRacerx's In-Process SW Builds The builder claims that the flash hider is authentic - and it certainly appears to be - and it doesn't have the ordnance marking: So...

    DUNE (1984) Crysknife and sheath

Well, it's been a little over 2 years now, and I'm sure that some of you figured that I had once again abandoned this project... Nope, not quite. Paragon FX Group acquired the DUNE (1984) license and Rylo approached me about doing the Crysknife with sheath. The interest list is now open...

The Greedo Killer (Star Wars Chronicles version..)

Well, I dug through my archive of pics - mainly saved from other members' builds here on the board - and did a cursory web search, and ALL of the LFC flash hiders that I have seen have the marking. It's absolutely possible that some may have had a poorly stamped marking and/or a partially...

The Greedo Killer (Star Wars Chronicles version..)

That's crazy (and amazing). No US Army Ordnance Corps insignia on the M9 though? If you look reeeaaaallllly closely at the B&W photo of the left side of the Greedo Killer, you can just barely make out part of the mark. Not surprised you missed it, but if you know LFC M9s, you know it should...

Interest DaveP's 40th Anniversary Luke Hero (Interest Thread)

I'd be interested as well - DaveP indicated that there would be assembly instructions for his replica boards, but I have been unable to locate anything here on the forum or on his website. I'm sure that I could figure it out, based upon some of his pics, but it would be nice to know what he...

Tom’s 2024 custom lightsaber from a Cherry Flash

I did not - I don't do late night TV anymore. That's just depressing and sad.
