Rick the owner, had the screen used jacket in his hands and posted some pictures of the jacket on the forum. And there's quite a few different threads on there for various ways of distressing leather jackets.
You might have troubles with that unless you find somewhere close to where it is. A lot of the people who use Kijiji, use it because they don't like the idea of shipping items or doing online transactions and would rather do face to face deals.
Not sure if it's really been discussed before or not but what's the value of the yellow cigar box? I saw one pop up on Kijiji in my town and I was debating on picking it up depending on what they're worth and if this is actually a good deal for it.
I agree with Drool on this one, they're awful, the distressing and fit of these jackets is what really turns me off of them. I think I've yet to see pictures of one that fit the wearer properly. They're cool to have as a collector, but as a wearable X-1 replica, terrible.
What about UHAUL? I don't know about in the states but here some of the UHAUL places have car dolleys and flatbeds you can rent, so then all you'd need is a truck.
That's what I mean, little goofs like that aren't uncommon in movies at all. I think you'd be hard pressed to find ANY movie out there that doesn't have them.
The X-Men movies are full of them.
From IMDB just a couple.
In X1:
"When Cyclops blows open the door in the Statue of Liberty, you can...
That kills it for you?
Movies make editing mistakes like that all the time, pretty much every movie has at least one scene where they screw up something along those lines.
