Thanks for that. I just glued the parts with Cyanoacrylate adhesive then poured some fibreglass and resin inside to stiffen. The outside has a fine scraping of body filler then sand and prime etc etc.

I also printed two as the first one didn't fit lololol. The first one is done and lacquered , the second one is just about ready to colour top coat

JA - I used simplify 3D to final print. On full default medium settings it prints lovely - with supports Its a paid for program but worth it IMHO

Hi Devildog, Just thought i'd chime in here - I printed your files and love it - a wee bit neat for me and my melonhead, but I'm gonna reprint after scaling. I'll use this one to experiment with electronics, hinges and paint etc. Just at the sanding , filling, sanding ,filling , undercoat stage...

The original eyes were 25mm. the reddish ones were 50mm and that size was taken from the screen used velociraptor from JP. ill maybe try a couple of sizes bigger to make them pop a bit more later

Yeah, the eye was well out. The new eyes are 50mm diameter (dome)

Started filling in the left side of the head, and cleaned up the inside of the mouth. Added the left eye etc, and flattened of some surfaces. Here's a couple of photos to show the status of both sides. hoping to start the texturing within the next few days.

Got my clay order , so back onto the dinosaur tonight, Added some more detail around the eye, built out the neck a bit,and added some loose "skin " detail under the neck.

A wee dinosaur update. This is some teeth, sculpted in hard chavant clay. i deliberately made them in some different shapes and sizes They've been coated in clear lacquer ready for silicon moulding. Once the mould is complete, I'll be able to make resin teeth till my hearts content lol
