I've bought cowl, muscle kit, boots and gauntlets from Ninco in the past, and bodysuit fabric from Rovrt's Workshop. Both guys deliver high quality work.

Those guys are pretty much the best and most reputable out there. I'd also recommend ReevzFX (awesome cowls) and Rovrt's Workshop (basically the best bodysuit fabric out there, and has started offering utility belt kits too).

If you want some good "cartoon" script fonts, I'd recommend checking out Blambot.com - they letter comics professionally and have a wealth of comic fonts available (a good number of which are free to use non-commercially)

I'd recommend either Parallel Life Studios or Ninco Creations. I've bought fabric from them both in the past and love the quality on both!

Your best bet is probably finding a hi-res image of the shield, tracing the text, and using the warp tool to unfurl it. Not an easy task, but I'm not sure how you'll get hold of it otherwise.

Worbla might be a bit tricky to get looking smooth, without some kinda form to work on top of. You might have more luck looking at 3D printing as a solution instead?

I'm VERY happy with my Gauntlet FX cowl. Not only does it look legit, but fits my face beautifully. I believe they've recently completed an upgraded version of the one I have, so would definitely recommend giving them a look.
