65D is nice because it gels before it cures. It's easier the get an even coating and you'll probably get less air bubbles than the 300 or 320 series.

For something that size, I would go with a brush on mold. Rebound 25 is pretty good. You can also use Mold Max 30, like pitchforknumb said, and thicken it up with Thi-Vex.

Because there aren't enough Fallout 10mm pistols out there already... The first real project I'll be attempting is a replica of my current in game Mighty Powerful 10mm.

Hey, I've continually found my way here on different occasions, so I figured it was about time sign up. I haven't really done any prop making although I've been interested in it for a while now. I do have some years experience with molding and casting so I'm not going in completely blind.
