Yeah that isn't the issue and only pulls it in 1/2". Theres like 3-4" of space from the back of my head to the rear cap. I have been chopping it up and modifying and got it to fit closer. I need to clean it up and touch up the paint as its still a work in progress.

Thanks for the vid recommendations! That’s not that difficult and my buddy has a glo forge for the lenses. the sockets are the rough part I need to figure out. The wiring is easy you got this! It’s only 2 wires so basic.

Had anyone attempted to trim down the back part of the Legends helmet to suck it in closer to the head? I feel like I could pull this off…..I’ve done harder mods.

It’s the basic stretch. Their screen print version is prob amazing if you want 100% screen accurate.

It’s a fantastic suit and with some weathering can looks very much like the show.

The prints keep on coming! I have shins now! Sanding. Printing. Repeat. I took a small break and made my wife’s Pepper helmet. Just started the first thigh. 3 day print!

Printing printing printing. Working through helmet sizing challenges. It feels like it’s 2-3% too big but I’ve moved on to other parts.Nothing like 2 day print failures! Right boot is almost done. Gonna work for the feet up.

Wore my Han shirt, vest and the main part of my belt( no accessories). Got a little flak going in. It changes depends on whose working. Play it safe or be prepared to walk back to you car and drop stuff off.
