<p>So, yes. Not new to costuming, but entirely new to Predator/Yaujta characters. I have always loved the Predator movies (even the really bad ones) and have for about two or so years wanted to make a costume. Since I am a woman, I figured I would be one of the very few willing to become a "monster" (my friend's words, apparently) and then I found this place. Okay, that was a nice surprise, yes. </p>

<p>Then the cost of what I was wanting to do hit me like the broad side of the barn: Hard, unmoving, and you can only miss it if you have your eyes closed. I am a recent graduate with a Bachelors in Fine Arts and Media Arts &amp; Animation, I work a part time job, and me actually getting to do this? Nope. Not in this life-time, I'm too broke, not happening. Not to mention that, while I am a fantastic painter and drawer, me doing the technical aspect of the suits like the latex and the head bits and the feet and hands? Nope again. I can sculpt and sew, though. Bonus points! (XD Ignore the silly Geekiness I exude.) </p>

<p>SO! I am going to start looking around, asking if anyone has some castoffs. Just bits and pieces. I want to at least get my body suit actually suited to boobs - having a boxy flat "suited" cleavage annoys me in ways that few understand - before finding someone who can latex it at a much later date. Maybe with a few favors or sculpted items or something sewn with fabric/leather/vinyl material or made with foamies thrown in, whatever is needed, to make it cheaper. Any tips and tricks are appreciated as well, so don't hesitate to tell me something that will make this easier. But, while I'm waiting on miracles and kindness, I'll be making bits and pieces for the suit that may or may not ever come into being due to funds and college debt (yay, college tuition). </p>
