Hello; you could create a costume with a vertical opening (front or back) and use Velcro to keep it closed; the arms would be joined to the main body. It would be like having a shirt. just an idea

I had the same problem, but I solved with some little modifications of the file like move a bit, then save, exit the program, go back to the program and try printing: it always worked.

If you wear a trench coat you need a simple armor (my opinion), maybe you can use a mercenary armor from Fallout New Vegas (or a simple batman torso) and modify it. And you can make a "power fist" from Warhammer Marine (only one) and a leg with weapon magazine (like robocop). You can find all...

I'm not sure i understand what you want, but if you need the texture you can print to pdf and use a pdf program to transform it in image. Or use Blender, but if you don't want to export model... Hope it helps you. :)
