I used a heat activated embossing powder with embossing ink. It is available in most craft stores. I used a vinyl cutter to cut out the pattern, applied embossing ink, added the embossing powder, removed the masking vinyl, cleaned up any leftover powder and then hit with a heat gun. It isn't...

Yes sir, seem solid to me. After polishing they come out nice.

Got mine last Friday to make ANH with silver side bars. I decided to have a go at removing the angles and sanded down the trapezoids no issue using disc sander, some fine grit sand paper and finish with polishing wheel. Thanks again Romans for another beautiful piece. Rush the T-tracks a little...
