I'd like to get a good trooper costume to use for Halloween with my boy. He'd be going as little Vader, and dad as a trooper escort. The licensed costumes are just too expensive for this purpose though. Does anyone still fan make these at a reasonable price?

I'm glad to hear that. Maybe there were just some done poorly on the d-scar filling process. Yours, would be the first I've heard of without it. I hope more people will chime in and say the same, and alleviate some of my fears with the others.
