Are you sealing your foam (and if so, how?) or are you just using primer right on top the foam?
Excellent work! It looks more like a glassed suit than a foam one so kudos to your workmanship!
Nicely done!
Might have to do a fusion of your approach coupled with mine for my next build (see link in sig). Rivets for added strength but keeping the foam backing for comfort.
Are you saying there is an app to connect to the arduino via Bluetooth allowing you to set the color sequence?
Or is the arduino somehow programmed over a BT interface rather than hooking up to a USB connection?
SB, I know I've mentioned it before but rather than trying to wrap it in metallic stretch fabric with contact adhesive, try using thin aluminum (see link in my sig for technique). It won't be as flexible but will go better with the look for the rest of your suit.

For the shield, I used Sisqo's files here...

Re: Goalie Stark
Long overdue follow-up on this:
Back in December (2014), I decided I was not happy with the lack of detail on my Mark I Sports-Edition Arc Reactor so I began construction on a Mark 2 version that more closely resembles the movie version.
I beefed up the protection and have...
