People need to know that Hardy wasn't that big in TDKR, sure he was bigger than most humans are but no Arnie or Wrestler. The man is 5' 9", camera angles and shoes wedges made him look huge. You've got the shape and tone down to a tee. Amazing work :D

Wet a cloth with 'as-hot-as-you-can-stand' water, press it against the sabre for a couple of seconds then wipe it off :)

I find deleting and redrawing each line one at a time fixes the joining problems. Also switch to x-ray/see-through mode in sketchup and make sure there's no extra faces hiding inside. Hope this helps you bud :)
