Grey foam tubes cut in half make the ribs. Thin sheet foam makes the pectoral details. I wanted the costume to be light-weight and flexible.
I wanted the chest, pipes and all to be one piece so it could be removed in case I had to drive. Plus, I didn't think it would be a good idea to drive
