What are your plans for finishing the outside? I've just foam filled mine so will be moving onto the next step soon.

Giles i think i will simply make it rigid with resin and then sand it using car putty filling . do you think it will work? Honestly it's my first attempt at doing such thing but i've seen a lot of people doing it this way , mostly with Halo armors. (I'm Italian so my English is far from perfect)
Your English is much better than my Italian! I am thinking of using fibreglass tissue and resin. Not sure that is the right move. I'm going to have a look on some Halo sites and see what they do.
