It's a cutom made leather Jacket that is modeled after the Alpine Stars one. I simplified it and had it made to my exact measurements by a company in Mumbai. It ended up around $150, so it was alot less than the original. I had them post the design online, but they hiked the price when they saw how many people wanted one. Now its almost as much as the Alpine Stars.
As for the lights, its a strip from Luminous Film, about 1 inch wide. The design is just done with Electrical tape. Let me know if I can be of any help in your builds.
