My Maleficent christening gown costume as seen from the movie worn by Angelina Jolie. I created this costume in a 8 momme black silk and pleated yard by yard by the method of Shibori and technique from Japan where the fabric is wrapped around a PVC pipe, string is wound around the fabric tightly, then pushed together to form the pleats and set by pouring hot steaming water over the fabric. When it dries, the pleats are permanently set into the silk. Horn head dress designed by me as well with Apoxie Sculpt and leather. Side hips designs in black Apoxie Sculpt.
