Han Solo DL-44 heavy blaster replica, fully 3D-printed and hand-finished.
Printed on a Lulzbot TAZ 6 in black eSUN PLA+. Wet-sanded the PLA (220 grit, then 400) to take off most of the ridges. Coated with Rust-Oleum Filler Primer, wet-sanded with 400, prime/sand again. A couple of coats of flat black enamel, then rubbed "gunmetal" parts with graphite powder (the kind for lubricating locks) and finished with a couple of coats of flat sealant. Tamiya acrylics for the rest.
