I'm with you. To date, I've only allowed myself to see the first (?) trailer - the really vague one - and that's it.
It's been surprisingly easy so far. I'm hoping to get to the theater Sunday.
Definitely glad to hear that Abrams' did a good job.
Once you just decide not to look, it becomes REALLY easy to avoid it. Well, assuming you also don't watch live TV. If you DVR everything, it becomes way easier to avoid trailers spoiling the movie.
I saw one or two of the trailers a ways back, but I don't remember them. They were pretty generic.
In the spirit of getting back to topic... what do you guys think of the as-of-yet unknown title for Episode VII??? What should it be, have any suggestions? Post it
Here are a few ones(mind you I didn't mention they are any good :P)
ALLIANCE OF SHADOWS
DAWN OF THE REPUBLIC
BALANCE OF THE FORCE
A SHADOWY DESTINY
THE RISING DARKNESS
Terminator,
I absconded with part of one of your titles and added a new word. Thought 'Revenge' might be a nice add-on since Lucas dropped it for "Return of the Jedi":
STAR WARS Episode VII: Revenge of the Republic
The word 'Avenge' might also work somehow.....
Star Wars Episode VII: The New Order
Star Wars Episode VIII: The Fallen
Star Wars Episode IX: One With The Force
Star Wars Episode VII The One We Should Have Made Last Time

The Computer-Generated Menace
Attack of the Gungans
Revenge of the Abrams
A New Trope
The Vampire Strikes Back
Return of the Jar Jar
I'm sorry.
STAR WARS Episode VII: REVENGE OF THE DARK SIDE
SW#7: Now is the Time on Star Wars When We Dance
I think BlobVanDam had it right. Just call it "I'm sorry" and that will take care of all the fan disappointment.![]()
Star Wars Episode 7: Holiday Special Pt 2.
Too soon?
I just can't wait for opening day, so I can wear this shirt - http://uploads-riptapparel-com.s3.am...tail_71594.jpg

I tire of lazy bad hack filmmaking - And my opinion of JJ is not unfounded. If you ever get the chance read his Superman script - or The one he did for Godzilla, Kevlar or Thomas Crown - he's terrible. And all I said jokingly was there may be a Beastie Boys song in Star Wars - if you consider that a bash, well we share a taste in music so lighten up or put me on ignore - either way I'm fine.
