I believe Sithcamero made one a while ago, might want to contact him to see what he used.

Thanks i saw that sith had them for sale. But they are $50. And I did a search with no avail.

This brooch i overlooked when i was watching the film but since you mentioned it i keep seeing it, i cant suggest other than sithcamaro so good luck anyway!
