Nice work man just one question how did you make the abdomen section ribed.

Good work that is the coolest thing I have ever seen, but i was woundering what you use for the abdomen and how you messured your arms in order to make the forarm piece fit properly.

the abdomen is made out of vinyl, or something similar. after sewn it was stuffed with batting to give it the puffy look.

the arms were made out of sheet aluminum. i made an inside shell to fit around my arm, then the outer shell to get the thickness i wanted, then filled in the middle with spray foam.
