32" Millenium Falcon V.2

Awesome mate, I really look forward to seeing this build come together. So cool seeing all the parts laid out like that.

What part is that to the left of the small chieftain part? Seems big - does it get trimmed through the middle?
 
Nah I mean the part to the right of where the Entex bulb shaped part goes - I've just had a quick look at some pics and I think you may have a wrong part there. Is it from the Su85?
 
Julien, how did you build the aluminum armature? Any machining necessary, or just drill and screws? Also, how do you attach it to the styrene?
 
Ron, it's not aluminium, it's 1" x 1" square ABS tubing. The only aluminium parts are pipes inside the square tubing, they're screwed together.
I used neoprene glue, the best for this kind of use !
