So I read the horror stories of this bust but decided to grab some for cheap anyways. When I got it I was thrilled that the actual bust had an amazing paint job and was pretty happy until I saw the base! It started to chip right out of the box! Well I decided to take a stab at the base myself! It's the first time I ever did something like this so here are some pictures!

Whatca think?:lol

I'm guessing these are pretty pricey since the Thai recast kits are like $350

rnbuda, I think the repaint on the base looks great. Better than the original, nice and dark.

I'd never buy a recast let alone be able to paint and wire it! I just sold this in the junkyard for cheap to fund other Iron Man collectibles including another Iron Man bust and a 1/4 Comqiuette. I wish money grew on trees:angel
